Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If something's not quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return:

1. Email us at hello@plantoelevate.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) within 5 working days.

Please note:

• Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind.

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with photos and we'll make it right.
