1. No Returns Accepted:
At Plan to Elevate Ltd, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and small scale of our business at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
We thoroughly inspect all items before they are dispatched. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at hello@plantoelevate.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Then we will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or an appropriate refund.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
4. Refunds (if applicable):
If you receive a refund approval for a damaged or defective item, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Delivery Policy
Plan to Elevate Ltd – Delivery Policy
Effective From: 01/11/2023
1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Pre-Order Information:
Some products on our website are available for pre-order only - please see each of the product descriptions for details on the estimated processing & shipping dates. Other than this, pre-orders are subject to the same policies outlined throughout.
If your order includes items which are currently available, we will process & ship those items separately in the standard timeframe (please see sections 1 & 5 for more info).
3. Delivery Methods & Costs:
We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping for our customers in the UK. This is automatically applied at the checkout page - if you require another delivery method, a rush or bulk order please contact us directly to arrange.
4. Delivery Locations:
We currently delivery within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Delivery Times:
The standard delivery time with Royal Mail Tracked 48 is 2-3 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high order volumes during peak seasons.
6. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online.
7. Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional charges incurred for incorrect or incomplete address information will be the customer's responsibility.
